Like all these things, you get out of it what you put in. A basic day on the tools will see you bill £300, average day £500 and a good day £1000+. Monthly outgoings for a 1 man operation will be circa £800-£1200

There are varying levels of quality when it comes to tooling, we tend to steer towards the American manufacturers who provide the best quality PDR gear with costs of around £1000 for a beginners kit. Although to do the course your kit will cost a min of £250 and a max of £500

Absolutely not, whilst vans can be more tax efficient there are PDR techs out there who operate out of smart cars. Fiesta's are also a great option!

You will need to ensure your vehicle is covered for business use firstly, you will also want public liability insurance. There is also the option of having tools insurance and a motor traders policy but this will depend if you intend to be moving customers vehicles. We tend to ask the customer to move the vehicle themselves if required!
